Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. Cooling & Heating Division (Mitsubishi Electric), North America’s leading marketer of advanced cooling and heating systems for commercial and residential applications, announced the appointment of Guillermo Juvera as vice president, supply chain management.
In this role, Juvera is responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies that support the division’s goals and objectives, assuring cost efficiencies and fulfilling customer expectations. Juvera works closely with distributors, the residential and commercial business units, factories and vendors to ensure proper inventory levels and supply chain practices are maintained.

Juvera has more than 20 years of product planning and distribution experience. He started his career as manager and director of planning at Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America, Irvine, California, and LG Electronics USA, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. He served as vice president of supply chain at Panasonic Corporation of North America, Secaucus, New Jersey, before serving in his most recent role as director of supply chain, global operations at Dell Inc., Austin, Texas.
Juvera studied industrial and systems engineering at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Queretaro, Mexico, received a master’s degree in manufacturing from Centro de Enseñanza Técnica y Superior, Mexicali, Mexico, and earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California in Irvine, Irvine, California. Juvera is certified in production and inventory management by APICS, Chicago, Illinois, the premier professional association for supply chain and operations management.
