Hybrid dual fuel system

Mitsubishi Electric’s innovative intelli-HEAT dual fuel system works with your conventional HVAC furnace and ductwork to improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and maximize your comfort. During extremely cold conditions, intelli-HEAT will automatically switch from environmentally sustainable electricity to use fossil fuels only when it is more efficient and effective to do so, creating a dual fuel system.

Efficient heating and cooling

Conventional unitary HVAC systems have fixed-capacity compressors with ON/OFF operation, producing energy spikes and uneven temperatures. Our heat pumps have variable-capacity inverter-driven compressors, which ramp up or wind down to use the least amount of energy required to maintain the desired temperature.
