Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. Cooling & Heating Division (Mitsubishi Electric), a leading manufacturer of Zoned Comfort Solutions™ and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) cooling and heating systems, announced the appointments of Tom McSharry to Senior Director of Solutions and Brian Wright to Director of Educational Sales.

TOM MCSHARRY, New York City Senior Director of Solutions

In this role, McSharry is responsible for refining strategic marketing for Solutions, which includes a fee-based service comprised of industry experts across the country that assist in setup of all aspects of HVAC systems, from project management and owner training to building design and integration. McSharry will develop and execute the overall business plan, while providing leadership and guidance to the Solutions team. He serves as a liaison, working closely with sales, engineering, product planning and other functional departments to ensure collaboration and cultivate resources.

McSharry brings 20 years of sales, marketing, engineering and business development experience to this position.

BRIAN WRIGHT, Austin, Texas Director of Educational Sales

As a senior member of the commercial business management team at Mitsubishi Electric, Wright is responsible for developing and managing the education vertical market nationwide. He builds relationships with school organizations to generate CITY MULTI® and M- and P-Series product sales, while additionally supporting distributors in developing their sales opportunities.

Wright brings 25 years of sales and business management experience to his current position.
