How to request your upgrade
A brand-new app experience is launching soon that will replace the kumo cloud app! Your wireless adapter hardware will need to be updated to keep your system compatible once the new app is released. But don't worry, we are going to upgrade your adapter hardware at no cost. Here is how to get your new adapter installed:
Contact your contractor
If you already work with a trusted Diamond Contractor®, you can reach out to them to directly. If you need help finding a local Diamond Contractor to handle the replacement, complete the form below.
Wireless adapters are installed
Once the new wireless adapter hardware is installed on your indoor unit(s), you can continue using the kumo cloud® app until the new Comfort app is launched.
Enjoy the new Comfort app
When the new Comfort app is launched, your existing kumo cloud app will update, if you have automatic updates turned on.
